Ability Cast

       Our foundry shop is a 19000 square meters building, its capacity can be extended to 30K tons of casting per year. Here are our

current production facilities and capacity:

       1)   We currently have 4 sets of 1 ton middle frequency electrical furnace and 2 sets of 0.5 ton middle frequency electrical furnace. Our furnaces are

efficient and environment friendly, and the material charging process, chemistry inspection and data transportation are operated automatically. Our

capacity of each shift is 20 tons of casting and our annual capacity is 6000 tons of casting when only one shift is run.

        2)   We currently have 48 individual centrifugal casting machines, the range of casting we can produce is 50-300mm, and the annual capacity is 800K tubes.
