Our Understanding and Pursuing for Quality

Product quality is defined by a group of parameters, and every customer specifies those parameters on its drawing and technical specification. We say a product is qualified when its parameters all meet customer drawing and specification, and we say the product is better when those parameters are closer to the target value of parameter pursued by customer. Therefore, our quality policy is to make effort to have the product parameters closer to the target value pursued by customer by continuous improvement under the condition of cost controlled. 

Our Quality Guarantee System

       We designed our quality guarantee system based on the system of IATF16949, and we implement it in a higher standard and a way more suitable for our company situation. We design a production process flow and seriously follow it. We set up many quality check points all the way along our process flow, and check product parameters at those check points, then finally judge the product quality by evaluating all those parameters. 

Our quality engineers work on all those quality check points, they inspect those parameters according to inspection documents, and they also monitor and analyze those parameters and make necessary adjustments when needed, so that the process and product quality are good and stable.
